First local Stable Diffusion image: match the tutorial, not a style

Ten extensions on day one almost never yields a picture. It yields conflicts. The first goal is: same prompt, similar frame, proof the GPU and the path are alive.

The smallest set

When the frame points the same way as the guide, add one extension. One. Roll back when it breaks.

1. One UI, one official install. Do not mix three packs.
2. One checkpoint with a trail and a license note.
3. The tutorial’s prompt, steps, and size — unchanged.

Licenses are separate notes

A permissive base does not bless every style pack. One note per weight. Review later costs more than laziness now.

Low VRAM means a smaller model, not a large one with every feature off.
